Could I Still Be Pregnant Despite Having Breast Pain Along With Negative UPT? 

hey.. I had a physical relation with my bf... on last week of October 2015.. then I got periods on Nov. 02.. after that on DEC and Jan I got periods for only 5-10 minutes.. with a red dots.. I checkd with a prega sure.. that show me the negative result.. now today.. my nipples are hurting.. when I touch that.. it start hurting.. plz tell me.. is evrythng all right or not

Understand your concern.
Sometime pregnancy kit may give false negative result.
You should check by Blood HCG or By USG to confirm it, that is very specific and sensitive.
Red dot may be implantation bleeding.

Brest pain may occur due to hormonal imbalance
So go for USG, Hormone analysis and take treatment
